Vaccine exemption questions? Get an honest answer in 5 minutes.
Physician-led screening for children and adults. We'll tell you which path fits your situation: medical, religious, or none.
The essentials
Two kinds of exemptions. Two different paths.
Religious or personal belief
These come from your state, not a doctor. Where allowed, they are usually free and do not require a medical visit. Rules vary by state.

These require a recognized medical reason, such as a severe allergic reaction to a prior dose or certain immune conditions, plus a physician examination. Decisions are made vaccine by vaccine.

How it works
Take the free screening
Answer a few questions in about five minutes. Your answers stay in your browser.
Gather your records
If a medical evaluation may be appropriate, gather any relevant vaccination and medical records.
Meet with the physician
Meet in person in Allen, TX or by live video. The physician examines the patient and decides vaccine by vaccine.
Medical context
What may qualify?
A prior severe allergic reaction to a vaccine or component, certain immune conditions, and a few other CDC-recognized contraindications or precautions may warrant physician review. The details depend on the specific vaccine and patient.
What usually doesn't qualify
Mild reactions, family history of reactions or autism, egg allergy alone, mild illness, prematurity, stable seizures, MTHFR variants, and general concern usually are not medical contraindications. You can still discuss concerns with a clinician.
Transparent pricing
A clear fee. No promised outcome.
The $150 fee pays for the physician's medical evaluation and is charged whatever the outcome. Screening is free. An evaluation does not guarantee an exemption.

Frequently asked questions
Does the screening guarantee an exemption?+
No. The screening offers guidance only. Only the physician can make a medical decision after examining the patient in person or by live video.
Do I need a doctor for a religious exemption?+
Usually not. Non-medical exemptions, where available, are handled through your state. Requirements vary, so check official state guidance.
What if I don't have medical records yet?+
You can still take the screening. If a relevant finding appears, your result will list the records that would be helpful for an evaluation.
Is the $150 fee refunded if I don't qualify?+
No. The fee covers the medical evaluation and applies regardless of the physician's decision.
Do my answers get sent to the clinic?+
No. Your screening answers stay on this device, are not submitted, and disappear when you refresh or close the page.
